Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas Public Works Department/Water Pollution Control Division is interested in receiving bids for the following analytical testing. Along with the test results, a complete Chain of Custody Record trail, Quality Control/Assurance data for duplicate analyses, spike recoveries, and blanks will be provided. A copy of the Laboratory's certification from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment must be furnished, with a list of EPA approved methods currently used for analyses and the references for the methods (EPA, Standard Methods 21st Edition or later, etc.). Copies of the laboratory Standard Operating Procedures may be requested by Water Pollution Control. The following conditions will be included in the proposal. 1. The required reporting turnaround time for the receipt of the original laboratory report for the Treatment Plant & Industrial aqueous samples, Sludge, or Grit Samples will be a maximum of twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of sample receipt in the testing Laboratory. The report(s) and invoice(s) may be delivered by courier, email, United States Postal Service, or parcel service. 2. The required reporting turnaround time for the receipt of the original laboratory report for the Landfill samples, Priority Pollutants or Whole Effluent Toxicity testing will be a maximum of twenty-eight (28) calendar days from the date of sample receipt in the testing Laboratory. The report(s) and invoice(s) may be delivered by courier, email, United States Postal Service, or parcel service. 3. The required reporting turnaround time for analytes not listed in this proposal will be twenty-eight (28) calendar days from the date of sample receipt in the testing Laboratory (unless agreed in advance on a case-by-case basis).
