Specifications include, but are not limited to: Development of 600 New Century Parkway that is compatible with the current tenancy and the New Century AirCenter, and the proximity to Interstate 35. development that provides occupancy and generates revenue for the New Century AirCenter; development that is compatible with, complements, or takes advantage of, its proximity to the New Century AirCenter and adjacent development; development that is largely consistent with the industrial and commercial nature of nearby zoning and land uses and the Business Park; development that is consistent and in compliance with all applicable Johnson County planning and zoning regulations and requirements; development that optimizes economic development opportunities for Johnson County; and development that maintains the existing CentruyLink lease in place, allowing the building to be tax exempt and to remain owned by Johnson County.
