Specifications include, but are not limited to: Multiple Property Documentation Form will be submitted and presented to the Kansas State Historic Sites Board of Review for approval by the National Register of Historic Places. Field photos for all 60 records of Mid-Century Modern structures identified for the purposes of this project. All photos and documented information regarding those resources will be uploaded and entered into the Kansas Historic Resource Inventory Database. 2 National Register Nominations of selected Mid-Century Modern buildings meeting all requisite criteria for eligibility established by the MPDF. These nominations will be presented by the selected consultant to the Kansas State Historic Sites Board of Review for approval. (https://www.nps.gov/nr/publications/bulletins/nrb15/). Two public meetings will be scheduled in partnership with the Topeka Room, located within the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library. The first public meeting will define the project to the public, and gather information that might be of value to the consultant. The second meeting will be devoted to the communication of the MPDF and its findings back to the public. Project Boundaries: The geographic area for this project will encompass the entirety of the City of Topeka. The corporate limits of the City of Topeka includes approximately 62.5 square miles.
