Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following tasks will be performed weekly: Vacuum carpet. Spot clean carpet as needed – vacuum and use chemical cleaner as needed. Sweep or dust mop and wet mop tile floors. Treat chair and boot marks as needed on tile. Consult with Owner on acceptable cleaners (if any). Do NOT wax. Dust or vacuum sills, file cabinets, work counters, desks, office machines, shelves, etc. Dust window blinds. Empty waste receptacles into dumpster. Replace liners. Clean and sanitize bathroom toilet, sink, and mirror. Clean splashes and stains from walls -- especially behind sink, below towel dispenser, around toilet. Clean sink in break/conference room. Dust/wipe break/conference room counters and table. Clean chair pedestals. Clean door mats. NOTE: Staff will try to minimize clutter on work surfaces. Minimize or avoid moving papers, documents, etc. The following tasks will be performed as needed, but at least once a month: Clean entry doors inside and out. Wipe interior doors, doorways, and walls. Wipe baseboards (vinyl and tile). Clean shower stall if it has been used in the previous month. Wash windows (4 office windows, 2 entrance door windows, 1 pass-thru window, 1 interior door, 2 entry vestibule windows), and map glass. Clean light diffusers.
