Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide professional public art master planning services for the JCPRD Park and Recreation District Evaluate JCPRD parks and facilities to identify potential public art sites Provide fundraising tools and strategies to leverage implementation of the plan beyond known public CIP funding Attend three (3) meetings (minimum) with Public Art Committee and appropriate staff Facilitate stakeholder input from related agencies, art groups, and JCPRD staff Provide a public engagement process which utilizes various methods to gather input and ideas that are meaningful and representative of the Johnson County community Structure the plan to include a more detailed Phase I that looks out 5 years Provide a broader plan/roadmap to guide longer-range public art implementation
