Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2.1.1 Divide the county into workable units for processing and staging environment; 2.2.1.2 Modify and update curves and lines; 2.2.1.3 Recreate polygons from fixed lines; 2.2.1.4 Re-attribute tax parcels and plats of subdivision; 2.2.1.5 Perform data review check to review errors; 2.2.1.6 Create topology; 2.2.1.7 Prepare control points; 2.2.1.8 Load control points and topologies into the Parcel Fabric; 2.2.1.9 Document process of the workflow for future layer migration 2.2.1.10 Perform internal and county quality assurance and quality checks and testing satisfactory to the County. Mutually agreed upon defects in the Parcel Fabric staging environment with be addressed by the contractor. 2.2.1.11 The Contractor will deploy the migrated data into the production environment. 2.2.1.12 Deliverable: Final and complete production database migrated into the Parcel Fabric with parcels, lots, subdivisions (plats), control points, and any other data agreed upon in the process to meet county specifications and documentation. 2.2.1.13 Contractor will clearly define any data manipulation to be done by the County before Contractor can proceed with data migration.
