Specifications include, but are not limited to: Account Manager: The Contractor will provide a single point of contact to serve as the account manager for Kansas Wildlife & Parks Magazine, and to oversee the execution of this contract in a timely and professional manner. Conversion: The Contractor will work with past contractor to obtain all available active and expired subscriber information, and any other database information necessary for a complete conversion, in a mutually agreed upon timeframe. Database Management: The Contractor will maintain an electronic database of all subscriber information, to include cancelled and expired accounts, and provide Kansas Wildlife & Parks Magazine staff with full administrative access to the database, utilizing unique logins for each magazine staff member. The Contractor will provide the ability to “merge and purge” accounts. The Contractor will keep a backup of the database both in electronic form and on magnetic tape in a location separate from the main database. Customer Service: The Contractor will answer general subscriber inquiries over the phone; process new magazine subscription, renewal subscription, gift subscription, complimentary subscription, and agency subscription requests received by mail or through online purchases; process payments on accounts, in the form of cash, check, money order, major credit cards, and credit-on-account; process cancellations; and, process name, address, and contact information changes on a daily basis. Customer Complaints: The Contractor will handle subscriber delivery complaints/correspondence in accordance with reasonable fulfillment industry best practices.
