Specifications include, but are not limited to: Capacity- 300-gallon water tank with an integral, plumbed, 10-12 gal. foam cell. Construction- The material shall be of a certified, high quality, non-corrosive, stress relieved thermoplastic, black in color, and UV stabilized for maximum protection. All joints and seams are to be fully nitrogen welded and electronically tested for maximum strength. The unit shall incorporate transverse partitions manufactured of 3/8" UPF PT2E polypropylene (natural in color) which shall interlock with a series of longitudinal partitions constructed of 1/2" PT2E polypropylene (black in color). All swash partitions shall be so designed to allow for maximum water and air flow between compartments and are fully welded to each other as well as to the inside of the tank. Must be at least ½” poly and will be baffled to meat NFPA standards. Top Water Fill Tower- Minimum of 8”. Must have tethered or hinged cover. Overflow- Minimum of a 3” over flow vent, fully plumbed from bottom of tank to exterior. Top Foam Cell Fill- Foam fill will be either incorporated into OR on top of the foam tank, with a sealable tethered lid and a level gage will be installed into the tank. Tank Sump- There shall be a sump below intake that incorporates a dip or draft tube, with an anti-swirl plate directly above sump. Tank Sight Gauge- There shall be a LED electronic meter to monitor tank levels. Must be visible from rear of skid. Engine and Pump Engine will be gasoline powered, air cooled, 4 stroke, twin cylinder, horizontal shaft, with minimum of 23 HP. Engine will have electric start, low oil shutdown sensor, rev limiter, and exhaust primer. Engine shall have an oil drain valve installed with a 3/8” NPT nipple. Pump shall be or equivalent to a Darley 1 ½ AGE 23V with high pressure impeller. Pump shall be a horizontal shaft, gas engine mount High Pressure/ Low Flow Wildland Rotary Pump.
