Specifications include, but are not limited to: Development of the Kansas Environmental Review Tool (ERT). KDWPT seeks a hosted web application framework solution that can be licensed and customized to serve as the online environmental review and conservation planning tool for the Department’s threatened and endangered species jurisdiction. The ERT can be configured from existing off the shelf Environmental Review Tool Software-as-a-Service (SAAS). The ERT web application offers a configurable solution to securely share data combined with advanced reporting tools. The desired web application framework should utilize a platform that provides a web mapping interface, built on Esri’s ArcGIS Server 10.X JavaScript platform combined with a Drupal content management system. The desired Kansas ERT application will be configured to include the following core and custom capabilities: Publicly accessible web application Configurable site security will support: User authorization roles to include Customer, Partner, Reviewer, and Site Administrator; exact role names to be determined. User registration to collect user-specific information and assign base-level user role. The user role can be modified for an individual user by Site Administrators at any time.
