Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Kansas is seeking an approved commercial services provider under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Enhanced Cybersecurity Services (ECS) program, which helps U.S.-based public or private entities protect their IT systems from unauthorized access, breaches and data exfiltration. ECS provides participating entities with advanced email filtering, domain name system protections and signature-based intrusion prevention security services. It features managed security protections that use government-furnished threat and technical information as well as network traffic patterns indicating known or suspected malicious cyber activity. The State presently uses both cloud (O365) and premise based (Exchange) Microsoft email solutions. The number of users is approximately 19,000. The Vendor’s response should include their ability to implement support of both types.
