Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Video Recording/Filming, Production, and Editing The recording/filming, production, and editing of eleven (11) individual informational videos that deliver content in an engaging manner to the intended audience of current and prospective Kansas court interpreters. Video Content: Video content will vary per video as specified in Required Content, below, and will include: • An actor on screen giving instruction, interspersed with PowerPoint slides with written information for emphasis, and photographs • Examples of interpreting methods and skills • Interviews with interpreters o Interviews conducted by Contractor, with questions provided by OJA • Photographs. Completed videos must be delivered in a format that meets the Video Format Requirements, below. 2. Video Production and Editing The production and editing of three (3) individual informational videos from video content provided on compact disc and/or flash drive by OJA. Editing must include removing PowerPoint slides currently on videos and adding new slides where directed by OJA. Contractor must produce and edit these videos to be consistent in look and audio quality with the new videos produced under this contract. Completed videos must be delivered in a format that meets the Video Format Requirements, below. 3. Actor Services (Supplemental Service Quote) Bidders are encouraged to include a separate quoted cost for the services of one (1) actor, provided and arranged by Contractor, available for one of the two days of recording/filming. The actor must be skilled in verbally presenting information in an engrossing and effective manner, using a teleprompter, and in taking direction. The actor must dress in business attire and present a neat and professional appearance. A Contractor-provided actor is preferred for this project.
