Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide fill and compaction necessary to construct the pad site at the elevation provided. Complete compaction testing and provide the results by a firm acceptable to the City. Provide all materials and labor to construct footings and 6” concrete slab according to a stamped plan from a licensed architect and meeting all City codes and requirements. 3500 PSI concrete over 2” coarse sand. Welded wire (minimum of 6x6x6) or #3 rebar 2’ OC resting on rebar chains Slab control joints as required. Provide anchor bolts as necessary for placement of the building. Rough in for floor drains, plumbing, and water service as required per building as detailed below. Chaffin building will require a 3’ stem wall. Both buildings will require all utility rough-ins.
