Driveway : A. Remove the 4 x 4 landing slabs on north and south side of front porch. Prep, pack and pin area including front flower bed location for concrete slab, pour and finish. B. Expose the foundation Crack as far as necessary, caulk the crack in the foundation with a concrete and masonry epoxy. Apply a liquid elastomeric coating to water proof the foundation wall, application to extend above driveway level. C. Replace upper three (3) half sections of concrete driveway from garage, to include front porch landings. Pin to existing concrete driveway and. D. Caulk the cold joints of the new pour along the foundation and around front
