Installation of a new Precision Pumping System (PPS) to service our existing four wells (Black Circles represent current well locations for all wells. Installation must be performed by an authorized PPS representative and include a minimum three-year warranty. Scope also includes the installation of a new mainline to supply the future automated irrigation system. This will consist of approximately 3,700 linear feet of 4" Schedule 40 PVC mainline piping, as well as approximately 1,000 linear feet of 8" double-pressure-rated sleeving for placement under roads and sidewalks. Well locations are indicated by black circles on the site plan. The current main line services the entire quad. The new main line will service the new lines, including the President’s residence. Alternate 1: Installation of a complete automated irrigation system for the yellow-highlighted sections of turf in the quad area, totaling approximately 171,000 square feet. This bid will include all irrigation lines, valves, heads, and related materials, using Rain Bird and Hunter products per scheduling requirements. System must be fully compatible with the newly installed well pumps and meet all volume and coverage specifications. Alternate 2: Installation of a complete automated irrigation system for the green-shaded sections of turf in the quad, totaling approximately 135,000 square feet. Scope includes all irrigation lines, updated heads, automatic valves, and connection to the new central control system, using Rain Bird and Hunter products. The irrigation system must be fully compatible with the newly installed well pumps and meet all required volume and coverage needs. Alternate Bid 3: Installation of a complete automated irrigation system for the orange-shaded- sections of turf in the quad, totaling approximately 43,560 square feet.
