Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope: This Contract shall cover the procurement of Well Plugging Hazen (Winkleman) Lease Project for the Kansas Corporation Commission during the contract period referenced above. The Contractor shall designate one or more of its employees or agents to be the Project Supervisor. Such Supervisor shall: a. Be responsible for scheduling and overseeing all work of authorized subcontractors and vendors at the project site b. Maintain a daily activity report (job log) on each well plugged or site restoration actions taken and submit to the KCC designated representative within one week of the completion of plugging operations c. Maintain and track all invoices and billings by authorized subcontractors and submit them to the KCC designated representative on a weekly basis and d. Be equipped with a mobile communications system and shall report once daily to the designated KCC Plugging Team representative the daily plugging / restoration activity and progress at the project site. e. Contractor shall be responsible for initiating and maintaining a "Dig-Safe / Kansas One-Call System, Inc." permit throughout the term of the Project. In addition, the Contractor shall notify any other owners of buried lines etc., which are not covered by Dig-Safe, such as Rural Water Districts, of digging operations on the Project site. 5.8. Drilling Services: The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and services to perform Drilling Services under the Contract. Such labor, materials, equipment and services shall include at a minimum: a. A truck mounted rotary rig and crew that is capable of drilling inside of 2pipe. The rig must have the ability and equipment necessary to retrieve a variety of lost pipe in the wellbore (i.e.: 1 left-handed pipe and fishing tools) and be capable of drilling new hole to a minimum depth of 950. b. A pipe-pulling unit with crew that is capable of pulling a minimum of 950 of 2 3/8 pipe in a reasonable time frame. This unit will also be equipped with tubular working strings (fishing tools) as necessary, and cementing strings used to plug the wells. c. A wash-down pump should be provided to wash down the plugging string. The pump should be capable of pumping three (3) barrels per minute.
