The consultant will provide a complete Design of the major tasks listed below and following information provided in the attached Basis for Design Report. The Basis for Design Report shall be a guide to further evaluate the options provided and to ultimately choose a final design path forward. with special emphasis on civil, mechanical, electrical and architectural details as well as consideration of the standards established by the Great Lakes – Upper Mississippi River Board’s “Recommended Standards for Wastewater Facilities” (10 States Standard) as well as other applicable regulations and codes. The consultant will establish a final design based on regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, risk to the environment, feasibility, and input from stakeholders.
