This project will consist of the collection of waste tires at the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Facility in Kansas City, Kansas and other sites where tires have the potential for accumulation (i.e. Fleet Campus, Environmental Services Facilities, and recycling drop off centers). The project will include the need to have a dumpster or trailer available at this facility whereby Wyandotte County citizens will bring waste tires. The waste tires will then be hauled away and processed in an environmentally accepted manner. The dates of the collection events at the HHW site will be on Saturdays, from 8:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on dates to be determined later. The Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas may elect to have other collection sites and or collection days.
