SCOPE OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED • Remove the existing roofing system and related material, including flashing and coping, down to the concrete deck. • Remove existing skylight domes. • Remove existing scuppers and gutter system. • Remove all debris from the premises and properly dispose of it. • Install additional wood blocking at the perimeter as required to allow for the installation of the new roof system. • Install a new 725-TR vapor barrier in a full application of Cav-Grip III primer or approved equivalent. • Install new fully adhered tapered insulation system over the concrete deck using manufacturer-approved bonding material. • Install 1 layer of 5/8” DensDeck or approved equivalent coverboard according to manufacturer specifications. • Install 60 Mill TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) roof system membrane per manufacturer's specifications. • Install new 50x34 dome mount skylights on existing curbs. • Properly flash all roof penetrations, vent pipes, roof curbs, and skylights. • Install 24-gauge color-clad metal drip edge, coping, through-wall scuppers, conductor heads, and downspouts. A copy of a warranty for labor and materials must be included. All exceptions must be listed on an attached sheet!!!
