This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
- Solicitation # - 47400PR250000019. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
- A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99.
- The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 713940 and the business size standard is fewer $17.5 million. This is a total small business set aside.
- Description of requirements for the items to be acquired-
- Provide 180 gym/fitness memberships to include one dependent per membership to all vendor locations in the Topeka and surrounding area.
- Provide list of gyms and their locations. Must have multiple locations in the Topeka area, ie. At least two.
- Facilities must provide cardio (i.e., treadmill, elliptical, rowing, etc.) and weightlifting equipment (i.e., free weights, dumbbells, weight machines, strength machines, resistance machines, etc).
- Delivery Date – See period of performance.
