Minimum Proposer and Key Personnel Qualifications a. The proposer shall have successfully performed on a minimum of five (5) projects of similar scope within the past 10 years. b. The proposed Project Manager shall have demonstrated experience in managing a minimum of five (5) projects of similar scope and complexity. Scope of the project includes the following: • Detail maintenance of traffic during construction, accommodate commercial vehicles, fire trucks, school buses, and provide appropriate accommodation for pedestrians and bicyclists. • Complete design of a traffic signal at Monocacy Boulevard and Laurel Wood Way. • Dedicated left turn lanes both directions on Monocacy Boulevard. • Pedestrian crossings of Monocacy Boulevard at proposed signal, redesign of existing crossings. • Interconnect to signal at Monocacy Boulevard and Riverbend Way. • Sidewalk ramps, crosswalks, ADA compliant design throughout. • Extension of SUP on north side just across Laurel Wood Way. • 5’ grass strip throughout, 6.5’ where feasible. • 35 mph design speed.
