Specifications include, but are not limited to: Wichita Transit (WT), a department of the City of Wichita, Kansas, wishes to hire a CONSULTANT to provide services detailing a Threat Vulnerability Assessment and Plan. Complete a Threat and Vulnerability Assessment including an implementation plan that will identify areas that need to have improved security. Examples of the areas to be considered are listed below. Potential Vulnerability Areas Access control systems – Review existing access controls systems to identify any potential weakness. Barriers (fencing, vehicle barriers, doors, windows, etc.) – Inspect and make recommendations regarding any potential areas that need repair or strengthened. Provide any necessary drawings and cost estimates for proposed enhancements. Video surveillance – Review existing camera locations. Note any locations that may require adjustments. Security system monitoring, command and control – Review the current procedure in place at City Hall. Review how our security is monitored downtown.
