Initial Meeting and Project Orientation: o Conduct an initial meeting with the Kansas Water Office to understand objectives and expectations. o Review all relevant documentation, including grant agreements, project proposals, and assessment matrices. 4.3.2. Application Review: o The KWO will provide the top candidates for grant awards. These applications will be reviewed and evaluated for technical feasibility technical risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. 4.3.3. Consultation and Support: o Provide ongoing consultation and technical support to the Kansas Water Office as needed during the grant awardee selection process. o Address inquiries or concerns related to technical aspects of awarded water projects. 4.4. Deliverables • Summary for each project on the technical review of the project application. Scoring based on the review to assist the KWO in evaluation of the application. This will include, as listed above, the technical feasibility technical risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. • A final close out meeting with the KWO to discuss these findings and any questions.
