Therefore proposals should include at least one sample of vendor’s technical documentation and Visio diagram indicative of the documentation that can be expected to accompany Service Agreements. No payment shall be made for any Service Agreement for which documentation was required and agreed upon until such satisfactory documentation is provided. Rates should be itemized by level of expertise, plus emergency rates along with criterion defining conditions qualifying for emergency rates. Emergency rates will only be paid by the Unified Government as defined in awarded contracts. Only provide rates for services the provider can perform.
