The City of Coffeyville is seeking qualified contractors to provide labor and installation services only for a citywide street light and wiring replacement project. All materials will be purchased and provided by the City. This project includes the installation of LED street light fixtures and associated wiring as part of a system wide upgrade. The contractor will not be responsible for material procurement. The selected contractor will be responsible for: • Labor and installation of all City-provided LED fixtures and wiring • Removal of existing fixtures and wiring, as applicable • Installation in accordance with all electrical and safety standards • Functionality testing of installed systems • Coordination with City staff on material logistics • Compliance with applicable wage and procurement laws, including: o Davis-Bacon Wage Act o Build America, Buy America Act (for reference only; City provides materials)
