Solid waste and recycling materials must be placed in the provided carts, though additional items may be placed in overflow bags, properly tagged with contractor-provided stickers purchased directly from the contractor. The contractor also provides the City with two (2) 40-yard containers at no cost and additional 40-yard containers at the City’s request at a fixed cost to support the annual City-Wide Clean Up event. An additional 40-yard container is provided for use by the City’s Public Works Department.
