The Contractor must be responsible for the collection, transportation, and disposal of solid waste, as well as the implementation of a fully commingled recycling program. Services must include, but are not limited to, the following: A. Collection Schedule: The Contractor must establish cost-efficient collection schedules, if not specified in Appendix A, ensuring minimal pickups while maintaining a clean and vector-free environment. Container size, routes, and frequencies should maximize operational efficiency while reducing unnecessary expenses. B. Waste removal and Trash Hauling Services: The Contractor must provide reliable transport systems for waste materials and trash from pick up locations to landfill site by contractors’ personnel. The transport system must be a self-contained unit to accommodate a variety of materials. Collection and transport will include, but not limited to, waste and trash materials from indoor central locations and from outdoor locations at various City Offices/Departments.
