This is a non-personnel services contract to provide snow removal services as defined in the
Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Army Reserve facility KS010 located at 2222 19th Street Great Bend, KS 67530, KS019 715 Griffith Drive Manhattan, KS 66502, KS083 880 Commerce PKWY Hays, KS 67601, KS085 2021 Leavenworth Ave Leavenworth, KS 66048 & KS104 1501 South 14th Ave Dodge City, KS 67801. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
