The project requires the removal and disposal of existing siding, preparation of wall surfaces, and installation of new board and batten siding made of fiber cement or Hardie Board. • Remove and dispose of all existing siding, trim, and weather barriers. • Inspect and repair underlying sheathing and framing as needed; a unit price for repairs must be provided. • Install new board and batten siding using fiber cement or Hardie Board according to manufacturer specifications. • Install moisture barrier and flashing. • Install new exterior trim, soffits, and fascia as required. • Caulk and seal all joints, seams, and penetrations. • Apply primer and paint/stain where applicable. Paint colors will be determined by Shawnee County Parks + Recreation. • Conduct final cleanup and site restoration.
