Specifications include, but are not limited to: Kansas Regional Training Center Specifications: The Kansas Regional Training Center which is located in the vicinity of 5100 S Englund Road, Lindsborg, KS 67456 has porta-potties positioned throughout the range area that need serviced. The agency owns the porta-potty units.; The units requiring servicing are as follows: 1. Twenty-Eight (28) each porta-potties located on the range complex that require servicing 1 times per month during winter months. (28) porta potties shall be emptied four times per month as directed by Range POC. Each interior unit shall be thoroughly cleaned with a sanitizing agent and stocked with toilet paper provided by the contractor. The number of services per month will change with the season as determined by POC.; 2. Five each (5) 2,000-gallon vaulted toilet tanks that need to be pumped annually upon request only.; 3. Charges shall include servicing fees and transportation charges to the Regional Training Center and proper disposal per KDHE requirements.; 4. Final coordination on servicing times will be arranged between the Range POC and Contract awardee once contract has been established.; 5. The State reserves the right to change frequency of service or to add or delete number of units at any time. Written notification of changes shall be provided at least 7 days in advance.; 6. POC is Range operations NCO Patrick Montgomery 785-646-3318; Smoky Hill Range Septic / Mud Pit Specifications: The Smoky Hill Air National Guard Range, which is located in the vicinity of 8429 W. Farrelly Rd, Salina, Kansas 67401 has a one-thousand-gallon septic tank located at the Electronic Warfare Facility (6030). They also have an 800-gallon mud collection pit located in the Vehicle Wash Facility (6009). The units requiring servicing are as follows: 1. Two each (2) 500-gallon underground septic tanks (located together) that needs to be pumped semi-annually (twice per year).; 2. One each (1) 800-gallon mud collection pit that needs to be pumped annually.; 3. Charges shall include servicing fees and transportation charges to the Smoky Hill ANG Range, and proper disposal per KDHE requirements.; 4.
