Specifications include, but are not limited to: posers should assume the following: 1. The Property will be sold AS IS. The City will not provide any operating or maintenance assistance whatsoever. 2. Facility will continue to operate as an ice rink and provide ice sports services and other programming to the community for public use. This requires both rinks, NHL and Olympic, remain maintained and publicly available for hockey (youth and adult), figure skating, speed skating, recreational skating as well as other ice activities. 3. The City will not make any improvements (capital or otherwise) or major repairs to the Property either prior to or after the sale. 4. The City will NOT allow sublease of management of the Property. 5. Any successful purchaser will be responsible for regularly maintaining the entirety of the grounds and landscaping. “Regularly maintained” means regularly mowed, edged, snow removed from walks and drives, and kept free from trash/debris.
