Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.27 The Contractor shall not separate trash for any reason and should politely discourage rest area patrons from doing the same. KDOT reserves the right to initiate a recycle program mutually agreeable with the Contractor at a later date. 4.28 The Contractor shall perform minor maintenance and repair and replacement work which shall include, but not be limited to: toilet tissue holders, paper towel dispensers, soap dispensers, stall partitions and latches, picnic tables, and light bulbs. 4.29 The Contractor shall furnish hand tools that are necessary for minor repairs. These tools should include, but are not limited to: screw drivers, wrenches, hammers, and pliers. 4.30 The Contractor shall mow the appropriate areas of the rest area as shown on the map. The Contractor shall be responsible for pruning and trimming of shrubbery as directed by KDOT. The Contractor shall be responsible for cutting and disposing of tree limbs that fall from trees. 4.31 The Contractor shall be responsible for snow removal on the sidewalks.;
