The Riley County Board of Commission is seeking professional services of a qualified and experienced consulting firm for a space needs assessment of the Health Department, including the Family & Child Resource Center (FCRC). This study will involve working with County staff and decision makers to identify needs and develop options for the identified needs. The successful firm will complete the evaluation/programming, determine current and future space needs, and compare with available buildings, including consideration of combining the department into one building. The project will consist of a space needs assessment (for existing and future needs) for Health Department, including the Family & Child Resource Center (FCRC). The Primary study will evaluate needs for each program offered by the department: This project will consist of evaluating existing buildings and recommending the most efficient use of space.
