Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) conducts numerous promotions involving the use of promotional products in the interest of continually improving public health and environment outcomes. KDHE desires to partner with a full service promotional products provider to establish a catalog-based contract with a specified discount. Services to be Provided by Contractor: 1. The Contractor shall provide a catalog of promotional items including but not limited to ball caps, can coolers, tote bags, CD holder, cubes, Post-It-Notes, magnets, pens, pencils, flower seed packets, and imprinted apparel that are available at a discounted contract price. All items offered must allow for up to a five-color logo with text if requested. Contractor must identify any items in which logo and text placement is not recommended. Items required will change based on items offered through the Contractor. 2. The Contractor shall offer graphic design and layout services free of charge on products as requested by KDHE. In the event that a fee for graphic design or layout services must be charged, the Contractor must notify and obtain approval from KDHE prior to completion of the services. 3. The Contractor shall provide packaging and shipping service within 15 calendar days of receipt of any order, unless the parties mutually agree upon additional time. Shipment will be to Topeka, Lawrence, Salina, Hays, Wichita, Chanute, or Dodge City, Kansas.
