The City of Topeka (City) is seeking a qualified consulting Firm(s) to provide on-call consulting traffic engineering services for non-developer projects and various other requests requiring traffic engineering expertise. The selected Firm(s) must demonstrate that they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide professional traffic engineering services. Each Firm shall have a Licensed Professional Engineer with a Professional Transportation Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification. Professional traffic engineering services are sought in, but not limited to, the following areas: A. Traffic signal designs B. Roadway and intersection designs C. Work zone traffic control plans D. Resolution of various traffic engineering issues The City will retain control over all work results and assigned duties.
