Inspection Services 1. Bridge Inspections are to be performed by a KDOT Qualified Bridge Inspection Team Leader with the data entered into the KDOT BLP Bridge Web Portal prior to December 10, 2025. 2. Discuss the overall condition of all bridge categories based on the five ratings, including "very good, good, fair, poor, and very poor." This rating system is adopted to be consistent organization-wide for the condition reporting of all assets, including bridges. The fiverating system is already defined and aligned with the Bridge Condition Rating of 0 (worst) to 9 (excellent). No additional bridge condition assessment is required; rather, the current bridge assessments are presented in terms of the five ratings for each bridge category. 3. Review the existing maintenance, rehabilitation, and reconstruction plans and update them in accordance with the inspection data collected as part of this project. Also, update the costs. 4.
