The surface must be prepared and free from all contaminants and loose paint from the previous coating to the extent possible without causing further damage. This will allow a fresh, clean surface to which the new coating can adhere. The pool will need to be cleaned and washed before installing the new coating/sealer Paint, reseal and repair cracks throughout the entire pool. Swim lanes and indicators need to be painted appropriately. All trash and debris from the job site must be cleaned up and hauled off. Provide warranty information related to the project, including labor warranty and coating/sealer warranty from the manufacturer and installer. Provide information and specs on the coating and sealers that will be applied.
