Kansas City Kansas Community College (KCKCC) seeks a qualified vendor to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive, engaging, and accessible Online New Student Orientation (ONSO) platform. This orientation will serve as a vital onboarding tool to welcome, inform, and prepare new students for academic and social success at KCKCC. The platform should be student-centered, inclusive of demographics, user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and integrate seamlessly with existing KCKCC systems The selected vendor will be responsible for the following deliverables and services: • Instructional Design & Content Development o Develop a modular orientation experience that addresses key areas such as: Welcome, academic support, financial aid, advising, enrollment, campus resources, student life, Financial Literacy, and FERPA. o Ensure content is inclusive, culturally responsive, and accessible to all student populations, including first-generation and non-traditional students. o Parent/Family Module or Companion Version to inform and engage supporters of KCKCC students.
