The successful proposer shall: • Assist the county with obtaining real property, which may include open or undeveloped land, developed sites or existing facilities for purchase, lease, or lease/purchase and other services, other than legal services, as necessary to complete these transactions. • Provide the county with market information and comparable transaction history on similar properties to what it may be considering. • Be responsible for communicating the current market conditions to the county by preparing a broker’s price opinion. The broker will also keep a market watch on current properties available for purchase/lease through daily research. • General real estate consulting services including site inspections. • Negotiating with sellers/property owners on behalf of the county.
