Specifications include, but are not limited to: ired to use the printed proposal forms contained in the bid documents. Scope of Work: Fuel Management Services to be provided by Energy Manager shall include: procuring Natural Gas Fuel for the Facility; managing available Natural Gas Fuel transportation through the purchase, resale and scheduling of Natural Gas Fuel transportation, utilizing KCBPU firm capacity on KPC pipeline in a manner designed to maximize the profitability of such Natural Gas Fuel transportation; scheduling, in accordance with the Operating and Dispatch Procedures, the delivery of Natural Gas Fuel to the Facility; coordinating scheduling and balancing (including, daily and hourly) with suppliers, Transporters and storage providers of Natural Gas Fuel in a manner that minimizes imbalance costs; accepting appointment as Owner’s agent for performance of the Natural Gas Fuel Transportation Agreements; and other services as may be agreed to by the Parties from time-to-time. Fees for Natural Gas Management Services shall be illustrated in $/DTH.
