Scrape, clean, prime and paint 2 coats on interior trim and exterior trim Or Exterior metal wrap. 3. Windows – Dining Room: Windows have friction surfaces- Replace 2 windows with vinyl windows. Scrape, clean, prime and paint 2 coats on interior trim and exterior trim Or Exterior metal wrap. 4. Windows - Kitchen: Windows have friction surfaces- Replace 2 windows with vinyl windows. Basement: Water heater leaks, no drip leg on gas line for furnace - Replace water heater and install drip leg on gas line of the furnace. 7. Interior ceilings and walls: Holes and cracks in various locations throughout - Repair holes and Cracks and color match paint.
