1. Windows: Windows have friction surfaces - Replace 6 windows; Scrape, clean, prime and paint 2 coats on exterior wood trim. 2. Interior Flooring: Bathroom and Kitchen flooring are deteriorated - Install new vinyl flooring. 3. Bathroom: Shower is non-conforming, needs rebuilt - Demo and replace with 36” fiberglass inserts, push into laundry room and new plumbing. 4. Exterior Doors: Do not seal properly - Replace them with new doors (use new internal and external casing) 5. Laundry Room (utility room): Standpipe is non-conforming - Relocate plumbing and vent for stackable washer/dryer. 6. Interior Doors: Striking/friction surfaces - Install adhesive bumper pads. 7. Radon: EPA Action required - Standard Radon Mitigation (report included in project manual)
