The City of Fort Scott is accepting proposals for the remodeling of two (2) restrooms on the interior of Memorial Hall located at 1 East Third Street, Fort Scott, KS 66701. The remodel will require the demolition of the interior of restrooms and create a new door opening in an existing wall. Erecting of walls with drywall covering, moving and repairing doors, repairing walls for painting, laying floor covering and concrete coatings, installing partitions for stalls, reinstall paper towel and soap dispensers, replace and add plumbing fixtures (toilets, urinals, vanities). Electrical work, with addition of wiring and replacing new light (LED) fixtures. During the construction phase, all precaution must be taken to protect any other building surfaces, occupants, and employees. Upon completion, all surrounding surfaces of the building and premises shall be cleaned and left in an orderly fashion. Successful applicants will be required to provide certificate of a minimum of $100,000 in liability insurance, provide proof of Workers Compensation coverage
