Specifications include, but are not limited to:The successful bidder will develop an analysis to determine market potential for academic credit programs at the University of Kansas Edwards Campus (KUEC) 12610 Quivira Rd. Overland Park, KS 66213. Projects will be defined by the KU Edwards Campus Market Research Team as needed but will include items that fit into the following categories. Assessment of the campus efforts for strategic enrollment including: • Understanding of community college academic program pipelines to the campus. • Understanding of high school student pipelines for the Degree in Three program • Understanding of adult learner segmented markets in the KC region, including geographic implications • Understanding of the University of Kansas (KU) regional workforce needs given demographics and job growth • Identify new emerging markets, populations and educational needs • Knowledge of competitor institutions market strength and strategy Assessment of existing markets for individual program areas including: • Number, type and level of jobs in the region • Competitor program analysis of enrollments, market segment, quality, and price • Estimate of program enrollment potential • Recommendations on program content Assessment of new and emerging markets for individual program areas including: • Number, type, and level of new potential jobs in the region for new and emerging markets • Competitor response capabilities for new and emerging markets • Estimate of program enrollment potential • Recommendations on program content Assessment of regional and national markets for individual online program area
