Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall adhere to the following specifications to insure that the visiting public is provided and can enjoy clean, neat and safe facilities at this Reservoir location. All labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete these tasks are the responsibility of the contractor. Bidders must review the facilities at these five (5) locations before submitting a bid to insure that they are aware of the extent of services to be provided. A general map of the Wildlife Area indicating the five (5) designated area are available upon request. 1.) Christmas Tree Cove (East side, mile south of Pretty Prairie Rd on west side of Willison Rd) mowing and litter removal only. 2.) Red Bluffs (East side, dead-end of Pretty Prairie Rd and just east of the old Kent Rd intersection). 3.) Fish Cove (Northeast side, mile south of Wildlife Area Headquarters or mile south of Sun City Rd on west side of Yoder Rd). 4.) DeWeese Park (North end, mile east of Sand Creek Rd on south side of Parallel Rd, just south of Freds Bait shop). 5.) Wenzel Cove (West side, mile east of Halstead Rd at dead-end of Boundary Rd).
