B. Scope of Work The following locations shall be serviced by this contract. All locations are within the City limits of Tonganoxie, Kansas: A. Tonganoxie Business Park, 222nd Street, Attachment #1 B. Tonganoxie City Council Chambers, 303 S Bury St, Attachment #2 C. Tonganoxie Entrance Signs, on East and West End of City, Attachment #3a and #3b VII. Services Required The following services are to be provided to the City of Tonganoxie: A. Initial Maintenance, Mulch, Removal of Damaged and Dead Vegetation and Landscaping of the Tonganoxie Business Park Initial cleanup within the Tonganoxie Business Park to include irrigation system maintenance, removal of damaged and dead vegetation, removal of mulch and replacement throughout, general overall cleanup and removal of any trash or debris that might be present on site, mow and trim grass and vegetation around buildings, structures, driveways, sidewalks, and curbs. Rotary mowers will be used in such a way that grass will be blown away from buildings, walks, obstacles, etc. Maintain appropriate speeds for safety and quality. Sidewalks and other paved services shall be swept or blown off of all grass clippings. B. On Going Lawn Care and Landscaping Services Ongoing lawn care and landscaping services to be provided at the Tonganoxie Business Park as well as the Tonganoxie City Council Chambers and two City entrance signs. Services will include maintaining and annual winterization of the irrigation system within the Tonganoxie Business Park. Replace mulch and landscaping as needed. Plant various annuals for increased beautification. Mow and trim grass and vegetation around buildings, structures, driveways, sidewalks, signs and curbs. Mowing should occur as needed to maintain grass between 2 ½ to 3 ½ inches in length. Rotary mowers will be used in such a way that grass will be blown away from buildings, walks, obstacles, etc. Maintain appropriate speeds for safety and quality
