1. All janitorial services are to be performed daily at times scheduled and mutually agreed upon by selected vendor and SCP+R. Morning service between 6:00 – 11:00 am is preferred. 2. Assure facility is vacant prior to entering and post signage during cleaning to indicate restroom is temporarily closed for cleaning. Signage shall be supplied by vendor and will remain property of vendor. 3. Daily cleaning, mopping and sanitizing of all interior surfaces. 4. Restock all toilet paper, paper towel and soap dispensers. Toilet paper, paper towels and soap will be supplied by SCP+R. 5. Pick up litter inside and outside within 20 yards of facilities and empty all trash receptacles inside or next to the bathroom facility. Contracted vendor will supply trash can liners as needed. 6. Document, report and remove graffiti as needed. Report any graffiti that cannot be removed through routine service to SCP+R. 7. Document and report any and all damage to SCP+R. 8. No overnight storage of equipment or materials allowed on site. 9. SCP+R shall evaluate performance. If work was performed in an unacceptable manner and not corrected within 24 hours of notification, the percentage stated in the contract will be deducted from the monthly payment. 10. Vendor will be issued keys to facilities and will be responsible for safe-guarding and issuance of keys. 11. Seasonal closures will not require daily service however on-call service may be necessary upon notification from SCP+R.
