ntroduction The Kansas Department of Transportation is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide Janitorial Services for two (2) buildings at the Winfield Office located at 7093 US 160 Hwy Winfield, KS 67156. The Area Office is approximately 3,600 sq ft, with tile floors, two (2) restrooms’ downstairs, one (1) restroom upstairs, front/rear entrance, reception, two (2) offices downstairs, one (1) office upstairs, and conference room. The Construction/Maintenance Building is approximately 3,600 sq feet with concrete floors, two (2) restrooms, west entrance, bullpen/reception (desk area), two (2) front offices, one (1) breakroom, one (1) conference room, and one (1) back office. (Does not include lab or storage closets) The term of this contract will be for five (5) years from Date of Award, through March 31, 2031. The actual contract start date shall not begin until contract is fully executed, signed and dated by the Director of Purchases. All Contractor businesses must be located in Kansas and have a brick and mortar physical building in Kansas.
