The NCO 15 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP), Contracting office is conducting market research only to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and is issuing this sources sought notice for the procurement of services in support of automotive diagnosis and repair at the Emergency Pharmacy Services (EPS), CMOP Hines, IL: Diagnosis of inoperative A/C on 2008 Ford F-350. Repair of A/C Replace any parts. Offers are not being solicited at this time. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information. Vendors are required to address the following questions to be considered a viable source for future needs; Are you a Ford certified repair center to work on this type of equipment? Yes or No Do you possess ASE certification for this type of service? Yes or No Are you registered with the local County Clerk s office? Yes or No Are you registered with the Illinois Department of Revenue? Yes or No Do you have an active profile with SAM.gov and in good standing for government contracts?
