Services to be provided by Contractor 1. Advertising Sales o Sell advertising directly or through a third-party managed by contractor; all ads are subject to approval by KDWP; prohibited categories include tobacco, alcohol, drug/medication, and political advertising. o Collect and account for advertising revenues. Minimum fifty percent (50%) of total ad revenue will be allocated to the State and applied toward printing costs. o Advertising content shall not exceed thirty percent (30%) total booklet space. Ads will not appear in the Spanish-language versions of these publications. o Provide production services for advertising copy and artwork, directly or through a third-party managed by contractor. o Provide publication proof (PDF) with ads to KDWP. 2. Print Production o Print, bind, and box booklets in both full-case and half-case quantities, as specified with each order; weight not to exceed 38 pounds, per box/case. o Label each box according to KDWP-provided specifications, including box/case numbers and distribution details 3. Distribution o Coordinate distribution of printed booklets to up to 700 locations using KDWP’s UPS account. KDWP will provide Excel distribution list prior to printing.
