In the Technology Center/Wood shop the Undersigned hereby proposes to ensure the removal of the current air handler and 5 Ton Condenser. Install a 14 Seer2 208/230V 3ph 5 Ton 410A Condensing unit matched with an 80% Efficient 110,000 BTU Furnace and Evaporator Coil. Flush/re-use the current line set, replace the thermostat, replace some outdoor line insulation, adapt to the supply air ductwork, make electrical connections and check operation. Material and Labor included. –5 Units In the Maintenance Director Office/Break Room the Undersigned hereby proposes removal of the current air handler and 3 ton condenser. Install a 14 Seer2 208/230V 3ph 3 Ton Condensing Unit matched with an 80% efficient 70,000 BTU furnace and evaporator coil. Flush/re-use the current line set, replace the thermostat, adapt to the supply air ductwork, make final connections and check operation. Material and labor included. –1 Unit
